Drive from Queenstown to Christchurch - rather a long day stopping off at Mount Cook for some fantastic views of the crystal peaks over a turquoise coloured lake with clear blue skies all around them .... still a long day with many hours of rolling countryside on rather slow roads, arriving Christchurch early evening .. to the Orari B&B
