Today was an ouch day - physically and to the wallet. Rock hopping at Palm Beach - the location for “Home and Away” TV series a slight slippage resulted in a large chunk missing from my shin and a large crack through the lens on the Nikon camera...... :(

We started off with a visit to Blues Point Park on the North shore of the harbour with its classic view of the bridge and opera house. Then onto Palm Beach ...

Apart from that, a visit to the old Oceanworld at Manly which i first visited over 10 years ago what it was quite an attraction. The Darling Harbour oceanarium has eclipsed it somewhat however the beaches are beautiful - and on both sides of the point.
